The wider storm

Lake effect snow developed off of Lake Ontario during the morning of the 13th behind a cold front as winds became west-northwesterly. Snow primarily impacted Northern Oneida County before shifting southward during the evening toward the NYS Thruway corridor and produced lower amounts.
