CO-OP Observer in Lisbon reports 0.45 of ice accretion at peak of the event. Large branches down in Lisbon due to ice accumulation. Storm total ice accretion.

Wider weather episode

This event lasted for several days, and up to an inch of ice accretion was reported in several counties across eastern North Dakota. Numerous locations were without power for over a week in the southern Red River Valley, along with slick travel conditions lasting long after the precipitation stopped falling.
