Emergency reports well over 1/2 inch of ice across Steele County. Hope in southern Steele County had reports up to 1 inch of ice. Storm total ice.

This event lasted for several days, and up to an inch of ice accretion was reported in several counties across eastern North Dakota. Numerous locations were without power for over a week in the southern Red River Valley, along with slick travel conditions lasting long after the precipitation stopped falling.
