Strong and gusty north to northeast winds impacted the western range of the San Gabriel Mountains. Some peak wind gusts include: Magic Mountain Truck Trail (gust 77 MPH), Camp Nine RAWS (gust 60 MPH) and Chilao RAWS (gust 63 MPH).

Gusty north to northeast winds impacted portions of Southwestern California. The highest gusts were recorded in the local mountains with peak gusts up to 77 MPH.
