Highway sensor near Chatcolet recorded a gust of 39 MPH at 1245LST. Local utility company reported 143 customers without power.

Wider weather episode

A shortwave with low level jet support pushed through the region on November 11. It brought strong winds across North Idaho Panhandle. The Central Idaho Panhandle received gusts in the range of 35 to 45 MPH. North Idaho and Lower Idaho Panhandle areas received winds in the 20 to 30 MPH. Around 700 customers lost power.
