Visibility below a quarter mile was reported in Lemoore.

Skies cleared out in portions of the San Joaquin Valley during the morning of February 15 following the departure of a fast moving frontal system which had earlier moved through the area. Some patchy fog formed toward daybreak where skies had cleared out and winds had diminished. The fog completely dissipated by late morning.
