Flooding was reported on Interstate 64 West in Hampton. Portions of the interstate were flooded reducing traffic to one lane.

Strong low pressure moving northward along the coast produced heavy rain which caused flash flooding across portions of southeast Virginia and the Virginia Eastern Shore.
