Event narrative

A multi vehicle crash occurred at around 740 AM near mile marker 89 near Blackfoot on interstate 15 that backed up traffic for miles. It was suspected freezing fog and black ice may have played a role in the accidents. The interstate was shut down for two hours and it was not until 10 AM that everything was cleared out.
