Strong low pressure moving northward along the coast resulted in very strong southeast, south and then west winds which caused minor to moderate (tidal) coastal flooding over portions of Northampton county adjacent to the Chesapeake Bay. Bayford reached 3.79 feet MLLW at 236 am on Monday, December 18.
