Strong low pressure moving northward along the coast resulted in very strong southeast, south and then west winds which caused minor to moderate (tidal) coastal flooding over portions of Somerset county adjacent to the Chesapeake Bay. Crisfield reached 4.07 feet MLLW at 342 am on Monday, December 18.
