National gridded snowfall analysis indicated 6 to 12 inches of accumulation. Strawberry reported 7 inches. Quartz Mountain also received 7 inches. Crazyman Flat reported 12 inches.

Wider weather episode

A front was nearly stationary over Douglas, Klamath, and Lake counties, providing a long-lived snowfall of mainly light to moderate intensity at elevations above 4500 feet. The heaviest snow occurred during the last 24 hours as a new area of low pressure enhanced the strength of the front.
