Event narrative

Several outbuildings were blown toward the south from their foundations. Roof from another nearby building as removed and deposited east into an adjacent field. Possible tornado.

Wider weather episode

Multiple rounds of severe thunderstorms moved across southeast Mississippi starting during the evening hours of January 8th and continued through early morning hours of the 9th. This system produced two EF-0's and one EF-1 in Mississippi.
