The Rolla/Vichy ASOS reported a flat ice amount of 0.01 inches.

The combination of cold surface temperatures and light rainfall occurring behind a storm system that brough localized hail produces isolated freezing rainfall. Temperatures fell rapidly into the 20s causing a flash freeze. From a glaze to a tenth of an inch off ice was measured. A few slide offs occurred from icy roads.
