The Cloudcroft Cooperative Observer about 2 miles south of town recorded 10 inches of snow. A CoCoRaHs observer 2 miles southwest of town recorded 9 inches of snow.

Wider weather episode

A deep upper low moved through the Four Corners region with a 120 knot jet rounding it's base. Plenty of upslope flow brought up to 10 inches of snow to the Cloudcroft area.
