Several CoCoRaHS measurements of 5-8 inches of snow near Caldwell and Nampa over the two day period of January 13th-14th.

Wider weather episode

A focused mesoscale snow band allowed for heavy snow in a localized area near the Owyhee Mountains and Lower Treasure Valley which impacted traffic, especially on Interstate 84 near Caldwell and US Highway 20 near Homedale, ID.
