Temperatures well as low as 32 below zero at Farson.

Wider weather episode

Arctic moved into Wyoming behind a cold front and brought dangerously cold temperatures to much of western and central Wyoming. The coldest temperatures occurred in the basins and valleys East of the Divide with low temperatures as low as 38 southwest of Casper in Natrona County. Sweetwater County recorded the coldest temperatures of 36 below at Wamsutter. The low temperatures West of the Divide fell to as low as minus 31 at Farson.
