A CoCoRaHS observer reported a quarter inch of snow, sleet, and freezing rain, with light snow at time of measurement.

Wider weather episode

Light wintry mix including light freezing rain and snow, combined with the re-freeze of snowmelt, led to significant travel hazards for motorists on wet roads and interstates the night of Jan 18th. A light snow then followed during the day and evening.
