Strong and gusty northwest to north winds impacted the Eastern Range of the San Gabriel Mountains. Some peak wind gusts included: Mount Lukens (gust 63 MPH), Mount Harvard (gust 61 MPH) and Ford Observatory (gust 60 MPH).

A second round of gusty northwest to north winds impacted sections of Southwestern California. Wind gusts, up to 70 MPH, were reported.
