Strong and gusty northwest to north winds impacted the Interstate 5 Corridor in the Los Angeles county mountains. Some peak gusts include: Whitaker Peak RAWS (gust 76 MPH), Sandberg ASOS (gust 67 MPH) and Old Ridge Road (gust 60 MPH).

Wider weather episode

A third round of strong and gusty north winds impacted many sections of Southwestern California. Wind gusts, up to 78 MPH, were reported.
