Snowfall totals ranged largely around 0.5 to 1 across the northern half of the county.
Wider weather episode
A winter storm brought widespread light to heavy snowfall accumulations across the region. The heaviest snowfall occurred across portions of northern New Jersey with totals around a foot. A coating of snow also occurred as far south as Camden, Burlington, and Ocean Counties with amounts around 1 to 2. While total snowfall amounts were less than impressive in the central and southern portions of the state, heavy wet snow falling around the time of the morning rush hour resulted in slippery roadways and numerous traffic incidents.
