Snow and wind causing low visibility caused a multi-vehicle accident on US Highway 30 north of Grace at 240 PM MST. It caused the highway to be closed between Lava Hot Springs and Soda Springs.

Wider weather episode

A cold front brought snow and strong winds with periods of significantly reduced visibility, heavy snow, and verified snow squalls. Some road closures also occurred due to the conditions.
