US Highway 26 closed from Ririe to Swan Valley from 1207 AM MST to 1057 AM MST on the 18th. Wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph combined with snowfall caused extensive blowing and drifting snow and near impossible snow removal. Snowfall reports were generally 1 to 3 inches with the event.

Localized heavy snow fell and at least one avalanche occurred closing a road.
