Kimball AWOS (KIBM), located 3 miles south of Kimball reported this peak wind gusts. Mesonet sites, Dix, Echo and Kilo also reported wind gusts in excess of 58 mph during this time. Blizzard conditions began to develop around 738 PM MST.
