Solana Beach Lifeguards reported maximum surf heights of up to 10 feet.

A long-period swell from the Central Pacific arrived at the Southern California beaches on February 20th. The swell was strong enough to produce breaking wave heights of 10-12 feet at many of the local beaches. Some localized instances of beach and coastal erosion also occurred.
