A tree fell on an occupied travel trailer. No injuries were reported. Idaho Transportation Department sensor near Winchester, ID recorded winds sustained in the teens with gusts reaching 40 MPH.
Wider weather episode
A strong cold front brought heavy snow and strong winds to portions of the Idaho Panhandle. Snow reports across the region ranged from 3 to 6 inches. The Northern portion of the Idaho Panhandle had reports of up to 8 inches. Winds were strongest in the Southern portion of the Idaho Panhandle with gusts around 42 MPH.
