Spotter reported 2.5 inches from February 14th to 15th. Note this report is from the Oregon side of the Columbia River Gorge, but it is reasonable similar amounts occurred here.

Wider weather episode

A cold upper level low over British Columbia pushed southward into the Pacific Northwest. This brought low snow levels to much of southwest Washington and northwest Oregon, and the Columbia River Gorge.
