LANDSPOUT. Location: 40.53, -112.01. Location and time are estimated from reports and radar. A brief landspout was reported via numerous photos and videos. One photo in particular appears to confirm the circulation briefly touched the ground by kicking up dust in a construction area. An NWS employee surveyed the approximate location and talked to several witnesses in the area, but could not locate any damage, and no damage was reported to the local police departments.
