A barn was blown down along White Oak road, approximately 1 mile from Wyoming Road, north of Owingsville.

The wider storm

A cold front moved through eastern Kentucky during the morning hours of February 28. Strong winds aloft were able to mix down to the surface with the storms that formed along the boundary, leading to numerous trees down and high wind gusts across much of eastern Kentucky.
