ODOT station at Cabbage Hill reported a max wind gust of 68 mph.
Wider weather episode
A surface low pressure coming in from the southwest led to strong downsloping winds across the base of the Blue Mountains and through the Grande Ronde Valley. These winds occurred primarily during the overnight period from February 4th through the 5th.
