A Cocorahs observer in White Salmon reported 7 inches of new snow at 0700 PST on Feb. 15th.

A cold northwest flow aloft in combination with a low pressure system undercutting an offshore ridge resulted in several bands of heavy snow developing across the inland Pacific Northwest from central Oregon to the Kittitas valley in Washington between Feb. 14th and the morning of the 16th.
