National Gridded Snowfall Analysis indicated storm totals of 6 to 32 inches at elevations above 5000 feet. Precipitation amounts in the zone ranged from 4.33 inches at North Mt. Shasta City, 4.43 inches at Mt. Shasta City, and 4.51 inches at Snowman.

A relatively warm, strong, slow-moving low remained offshore as it produced heavy snow to elevations above 5000 feet in northern California.
