Public reported wind gusts of 60 MPH along with dime sized hail at this location.

An upper level low, approaching from the central Rockies, combined with a surface low and warm front, producing an east to west oriented line of severe thunderstorms during the afternoon hours of April 6th. Thunderstorm wind gusts up to 75 MPH were reported over southeastern Custer County. Other reports of wind gusts around 60 MPH were reported in Custer, Logan and Lincoln Counties.
