Generally 7 to 9 inches of snow fell across the La Sal Mountains with about 2 inches at the Abajo Mountains.

Wider weather episode

A cold front associated with a shortwave trough moved through the area, bringing light to moderate snow accumulations to the mountains of eastern Utah and western Colorado. Northern slopes appeared favored for the better snow accumulations with limited amounts in the valleys.
