McCormick County officials reported a collision between a vehicle and downed tree in roadway along Chestnut Ridge Road north of McCormick. Driver was taken to the hospital for unknown injuries.

Wider weather episode

A line of thunderstorms entered the northern portion of the CSRA causing damage. Later in the day, pulse convection caused additional damage in the Eastern Midlands.
