One person drowned around 440pm. This occurred at Langdon Beach, inside the Ft. Pickens gate in the Gulf Islands National Seashore.

Strong rip currents developed at area beaches and resulted a death of man in his mid 70s in Destin. Another person died at Langdon Beach in the Gulf Islands National Seashore.
