Law enforcement reported trees down in southern Iron County near the Reynolds/Iron border.

Wider weather episode

A strong dynamic environment and low level jet helped ongoing convection in the Plains and western Missouri keep its strength as it propagated east into the forecast area. Through the early morning hours, two thunderstorms produced wind damage, one in Boone County, and the other in Reynolds and Iron Counties.
