Event narrative

Thunderstorm winds downed numerous large trees along County Road 806 from Sutton Bluff Recreation Area to Centerville. Also, several power lines were knocked down.

Wider weather episode

A supercell developed in the late evening of June 8th as upper level ascent passed over southern Missouri. This supercell caused wind damage in Reynolds County before exiting the forecast area to the southeast.
