A weak mid-level disturbance moved along a stationary boundary along the Canadian-VT border in a very warm and unstable airmass. Scattered thunderstorms started along the international border and then proceeded south and east as the boundary shifted north. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms with wet microburst type wind damage occurred.
