Event narrative

The Clear Wildfire was discovered on June 26th at 452 PM PST. The fire started 6 miles east of Newell, in the Modoc National Forest. The cause of the fire is undetermined. As of 703 PM PST on 06/28, it had burned 890 acres, was 100% contained, no structures had been destroyed, and it had cost $310K.
