Multiple reports of trees and branches, along with power lines down throughout Ringwood.

Thunderstorms developed just west of the area in an environment characterized by weak to moderate instability and moderate deep-layer shear. As the storms approached northeast NJ, they formed into a cluster and became strong to severe. The cluster of storms produced damaging wind gusts.
