Localized report of visibility ranging from 1000 ft to one-quarter mile due to blowing dust near open fields near Burlington, Colorado. Winds were estimated to be around 50 mph at the time of the report.

As a strong low pressure system moved over Eastern Colorado, strong to high wind gusts of 45 to 59 mph occurred in Kit Carson and Cheyenne counties. These winds produced some localized dust storm conditions with visibility as low as 1,000 feet to one-quarter mile in Burlington, Colorado. The strongest winds were reported in Cheyenne County in the town of Firstview.
