Event narrative

A trained spotter reported estimated wind gusts up to 60 mph along with very heavy rain. The wind knocked a few small limbs down.

Wider weather episode

An isolated severe thunderstorm developed around 1200MST in Phillips county, which then produced severe wind before exiting the county warning area. Additional severe thunderstorms developed across the plains during the evening hours, which produced a few severe wind gusts along with a large hail report near Limon.
