Video taken near the intersection of Olive Green Road and Fredricks Road, looking east, showed a brief tornado developing and then dissipating rather quickly as it moved through a wooded area along Porter Central Road. Delaware County Emergency Management confirmed minor tree damage in the area, which supported an estimated wind speed of 65 mph.
