Waterspout reported over Saginaw Bay approximately 2 miles off shore, roughly 5 miles west of Port Austin. It continued tracking NE staying just offshore passing just north of Port Austin Harbor. Last report stated it was just north of Grindstone City just before 7pm EDT.
