Broadcast Media relays report of golf ball sized hail east of Lockhart. Hail damage to the house, and 2 windows blown out.

A low pressure system swept across eastern North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota in the evening hours of the 28th. Severe risks were hail and wind, and all of reports received were hail and wind related.
