A severe thunderstorm dropped hail the size of quarters in Newington.

A weak upper level disturbance combined with low level instability and a sea breeze front to trigger a few severe thunderstorms during peak heating on June 5th. Storms moved towards the southeast bringing a few reports of large hail and damaging outflow winds.
