Event narrative

In Fall River, the on-ramp from 24 SB to 195 WB completely flooded over at the lowest part of the ramp. Traffic due to vehicle having to maneuver around flooded part.

Wider weather episode

A round of afternoon thunderstorms associated with a cold front moved from north to south during the afternoon and evening bringing wind damage and severe hail to eastern Massachusetts. There was also localized flash flooding in Fall River.
