An area of low pressure moved through the Northland during the early morning hours of the 29th and brought a cluster of thunderstorms from Itasca County through the Minnesota Arrowhead. The storms had been severe west of Itasca County and were on a downward trend as the moved east. One last severe hail report was received from near Inger where quarter sized hail was reported.
