Lightning struck the roof of a residence in Barrio Santana, Arecibo. The news report says that a 60-year-old woman was injured by debris from the roof and that her phone exploded.

Series of troughs enhanced afternoon convection during the week. Flooding, thunderstorm wind and hail reports were received at some point during the week. Activity caused a landslide in Bayamon. Lightning even struck the roof of a residence, causing injuries and damaged appliances, furniture, and the roof of the house.
