A post in social media showed flooding at Alturas de Puerto Real, near Cabo Rojo Elderly Apartments. The depth of the flood appears to be 1 to 2 ft, but not reaching the inside of the houses.

A low to mid level trough helped afternoon shower and thunderstorm activity develop

across the western to southwestern sections of Puerto Rico. Rainfall accumulations ranged from up to 3 to 4 inches, locally higher in the southwestern sections of Puerto Rico. Floods in Cabo Rojo were reported.
